Fluidly 2023 Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional offer (Offer) is run on behalf of Spotlight Reporting Limited (NZ company number 1331652), registered office at 47 The Esplanade, Petone, Lower Hutt, 5012, New Zealand.
   
   The Offer is open from 12:00am on 16 March 2023 to 11:59pm on 30 April 2023 GMT (the Promotional Period). Spotlight Reporting may extend, cancel or amend this Offer and/or review and update these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.

2. To be eligible for this Offer, users must:
   
   • be a Fluidly Intelligent Cashflow user as of 01 March 2023, and
   • be a new Spotlight Reporting subscriber purchasing a £295/month or above plan.

3. The Offer entitles the eligible user to up to 25% off a new subscription for the first 3 months, with the discount rate dependent on their chosen plan.
   
   New subscribers joining a £295/month plan are eligible for a 10% discount for the first three months of their subscription.
   New subscribers joining a £495/month plan or above are eligible for a 25% discount for the first three months of their subscription.
   
   The offer is available once for each subscriber. If there are multiple subscribers per company then only one discount period will apply.

4. The Offer cannot be transferred to others, or exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be split, or used more than once.

5. All use of Spotlight Reporting’s services is subject to our Terms of Use. Any personal information which we collect from you can be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
